Foothill Ranch, CAPosted Nov 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and, about a week or two later, I got a phone call inviting me in.

The follow-up contact came the next week after that, where they told me they were offering me the position. The process felt pretty focused on how I’d think and talk through real situations, not just whether I could describe my past roles.

During the interview, they asked a lot of in-depth, scenario-style questions that centered on times I met a need or solved a problem in previous work. I remember feeling like the questions were designed to see how I handled past employers and coworkers—there was an obvious emphasis on keeping a positive attitude and not trashing anyone from my history.
