NXP Semiconductors Cloud Engineer interview experience

The hiring manager interactions were pleasant, and the onsite people were also friendly, but the overall flow felt mismanaged.

They were heavily focused on my previous experience and technical expertise, which I could understand, but the HR side came across poorly—there were issues with basic professionalism and follow-ups. Even after a lot of interaction, the process didn’t land me an offer; I was declined based on law CTC. It left me feeling like the technical conversations weren’t the problem—the communication and process were.
