My interview process started with a phone screening, then moved into a technical interview.

That technical round focused on HPC concepts, Linux administration, and performance optimization, and the overall communication felt clear.

The interviewers stayed professional throughout, which made it easier to stay calm and follow along. The questions matched the theme of the role, so I wasn’t left guessing what they were evaluating.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself felt well-run compared to many other processes I’ve been through. The professional tone and clarity were the parts I remembered most.
