My process for the role involved two live interviews plus an HR step.

The first interview was on Zoom and included conversations with a team leader and a team member, and it was conducted in English. The second technical interview happened on-site and brought in two managers.

In terms of difficulty, it felt average overall—more about fit and role understanding than a single high-stakes technical gauntlet. I stayed engaged through each segment, and the structure was very clear: team-level discussion, then manager-level discussion, then HR.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the journey felt organized and straightforward from start to finish.
