NVIDIA Software Engineer interview experience

I went through three total interviews: one with a hiring manager and two with team members. The recruiter stayed engaged and even offered guidance along the way, which made the experience feel less like a black box.

I heard back about a week after the final interviews, which also helped the overall tone. I didn’t end up with an offer despite the positive, well-run process. Even so, the way the recruiter communicated and the fact the interviews were organized made it one of the more pleasant experiences I had—less stressful than the longer, more opaque loops I’d heard about.
