My process included a normal recruiter screen where I talked through my background and resume, and the conversation also included general thinking questions.

The recruiter was nice and even offered hints while I worked through the problem.

The core of that round was problem solving tied to a technical question, and it felt like they were testing how I reason rather than trying to trick me. Overall it was described as average difficulty, and it matched my experience—challenging enough to be real, but not impossible.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, the recruiter interaction was supportive, and I appreciated the way they guided the flow while I tried to solve the question.
