Santa Clara, CAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first interview was on video with a director-level solutions architect.

The entire discussion centered on understanding my background, and the interviewer kept coming back with follow-up and clarifying questions based directly on what I said.

Because it was so feedback-driven, it felt like they were trying to map my experience to exactly what they needed, rather than running through a rigid set of prompts. The difficulty felt average overall, mainly because it was more about depth and accuracy than tricky new concepts.

I didn’t get an offer, and my reflection was that the process depended a lot on how well I could explain my own history under repeated probing.
