I had two technical interviews that were both fairly straightforward in format but ended with a clear rejection email.

The first round was done over Zoom, and the second one was a two-on-one conversation with a team member and a team manager.

Both technical rounds were in C. I didn’t get any written technical breakdown from my side of it—just that the discussions and coding questions were handled in C across both interviews.

The experience felt more like an assessment checklist than a collaborative problem-solving session. I didn’t receive an offer, and the rejection email came through afterward.
