NVIDIA Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer basically asked about what I’d done that matched the team’s work, and the emphasis was on showing I understood what the team actually does.

It wasn’t presented as technically deep, and the overall difficulty was marked as easy. My impression was that the round functioned as an initial fit check—how I framed my experience and whether I could connect it to the role.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. My reflection was that the interview didn’t feel like a skills test so much as a matching exercise, and I needed to do a stronger job of making that connection feel obvious.
