NVIDIA Software Engineer interview experience

That session covered the full range of typical software engineering evaluation: algorithmic problem-solving, data structures, and actual coding tasks. We also talked through optimization choices, complexity analysis, and broader software engineering fundamentals.

The difficulty felt average, and what made it manageable was that the interview didn’t just ask for answers—it asked for reasoning. I didn’t receive an offer, though, and I remember walking away thinking I’d done the right kinds of things during the technical portion, but maybe not at the level of polish or depth they wanted.
