My first step was reaching out to HR through a LinkedIn contact, and it moved quickly after that: I got a reply a couple of days later and then received an OA about a week after my email.

At that point, I hadn’t started the OA yet.

The experience here was more about waiting for the next stage than sitting in a live technical conversation. I was left not knowing what the follow-up steps would be after the OA since I hadn’t reached that part yet.

So far, there was no offer, and my honest reflection was that I was in limbo—ready to begin the OA but still unclear on what would come after.
