NVIDIA Software Engineer interview experience

The process ended with strong reviews, and I even reached an offer negotiation where I received a verbal offer. For a while, it felt like everything was converging.

Then a few days later, the offer was rescinded. I was told that an engineer from the team would be taking the role instead, which was the most surprising part because my last impressions were that things were going well. I didn’t get an offer, and the emotional hit came from how late the change happened after the positive feedback.
