Santa Clara, CAPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

When the hiring manager finally joined, he was late by around ten minutes and he didn’t have his camera on while I did. The interview was cut short right after that, because it sounded like he was moving between meetings and didn’t really have bandwidth.

Even though I did what I could after the call—sending a thank-you note—I received an automated rejection letter the next morning. The difficulty here didn’t feel like the questions were too hard; it felt more like the interaction never really got a fair chance to happen. It was frustrating because the pace and scheduling didn’t give me much
