Santa Clara, CAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying online, I got a recruiter reachout and was scheduled for a team-specific meeting.

There wasn’t a behavioral round with recruiters, and the rest was focused on team interviews.

I ended up doing two back-to-back HR-plus long virtual interviews, plus one very late in the day around 10pm. It was exhausting, and I honestly felt like that tiredness cost me the role.

Difficulty was average, but the scheduling was brutal—physically draining more than technically challenging. I didn’t get an offer, and the thing I’ll remember most is the late timing, because it changed my focus and energy right when I needed to perform.
