I started with a conversation with a GL where I explained what I did at my job, and they also shared what their team did.

The discussion was pleasant and the atmosphere felt genuinely good.

The HR coordination, though, wasn’t as smooth. HR rescheduled my interview multiple times and across different sites, which added a frustrating level of uncertainty before the actual interview happened.

Even with that scheduling mess, the interview itself felt great. I didn’t receive an offer, but the technical conversation left me with a positive impression of the team and how the discussion flowed.
