Toronto, ONPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two rounds with all focus on data structures and algorithms, and the process felt smooth.

Before digging into the coding, they asked about previous experiences that were somehow related to the role, and then they followed up by probing my project history and how it connected to what I’d be doing.

Once the DSA portion started, it stayed consistent with two structured rounds, with enough back-and-forth to confirm I was thinking clearly rather than guessing.

I received an offer. My honest reflection was that the interview seemed to reward both communication about past work and solid execution on the DSA questions.
