I never really got much personal contact from recruiting.

I only exchanged emails, and there was no recruiter phone call—just a set of interviews directly. My process ended up being three separate interviews, each about 45 minutes, with different members of the team.

The interviews themselves felt like a standard technical evaluation, but the part that stuck with me was how little closure I got afterward. I was rejected by an automated, template-style email, and it didn’t include any explanation for what I missed or what would’ve made the difference. Overall, it left me feeling like I did the rounds, but the process didn’t give me any real feedback.
