I felt the interviews themselves were strong—more detailed and grounded in real field knowledge than the usual generic DSA rounds.

Even though my phone screening didn’t go as well as I hoped, I still moved forward.

After that, I had three detailed technical interviews with interviewers based in the US, plus an initial basic manager round at the start. The scheduling felt like it could have been better; I remember wishing they had told me the focus area before each interview so I could align my thinking.

Overall, the process was tough but meaningful, and I ended up with an offer.
