The technical side of my process felt professional, with interviewers who seemed knowledgeable and expert in their domains.

Even so, something about the overall experience left me uncomfortable because of bias in how I was treated.

I felt that interviewers were biased regarding gender and seemed to favor women over other genders, even when it didn’t align with merit. That kind of mismatch between competence and judgment made the process feel unfair rather than purely evaluative.

I didn’t receive an offer. The reflection I’m left with is that the experience was competent on paper and from an interview standpoint, but the human side felt biased and hard to ignore.
