San Jose, CAPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had two rounds of technical interviews that were LeetCode style, and I’d place them in the medium to medium-hard range.

After that, I went into a managerial interview that started more basic and then turned into a technical discussion.

The managerial part felt less like a pure leadership test and more like a cross-check: how I thought through technical details while also stepping back to frame the discussion at a higher level.

I ended up receiving an offer. Overall it felt balanced—enough technical depth to evaluate coding and problem-solving, but with a managerial conversation that stayed connected to the day-to-day work.
