My path started with a recruiter screen, then moved into meetings with the hiring manager and other roles that connected the dots between sales execution and the product side.

I ended up with multiple rounds that included deeper checks of my technical background and how I understood the product or solution.

The structure felt like four rounds total, and the technical/panel components were clearly designed to test more than presentation skills. The process felt engaged and fast-moving, and the overall vibe was professional and attentive.

I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away feeling like I had a real chance to show how I think and how I would handle the solution side of the job.
