I applied through the career portal, and my first round went well at the beginning—I could tell we were on the same page and I cleared the initial stumble I made.

But the second round became a rough experience.

The interviewer came across as arrogant right from the start, and it felt like they weren’t really listening. When I tried to explain my intro and the approach I was taking to solve the problem, they kept interrupting and didn’t give space for my reasoning. I still pushed through with a solid approach, but the whole interaction turned into the worst interview experience I’d had up to that point.

I didn’t get an offer. The technical part wasn’t even the main issue—what hurt the process most was how the conversation was handled.
