Nuro Software Engineer interview experience

I didn’t make it past the coding stage, but the feedback cadence felt fairly quick, and the interviewer’s tone was supportive.

The coding problem was a LeetCode-medium level task involving matrices. I’ll admit I was a bit rusty with coding, but I didn’t feel like the problem was unfair—the difficulty and the expectations matched what I would expect from a typical medium challenge.

Even though it didn’t work out, I came away thinking the question was reasonable and the interaction was respectful. The frustrating part was mostly that my own execution wasn’t crisp enough to carry me through.
