I honestly walked away feeling burned by the process.

Even at the HR call, they framed everything as urgent and said they needed someone to join within 15 days. But the hiring pipeline dragged on much longer than that—over a month and a half for only two rounds.

Scheduling was a mess. Interviews got rescheduled multiple times because interviewers weren’t available, with no prior notice and no real apology for the disruption. On top of that, the people assessing me didn’t match the seniority level I had—there was a clear mismatch where they sent low-experience assessors even though my background was 7+ years.
