Novo Nordisk Systems Engineer interview experience

The conversation lasted about an hour and mostly covered getting to know each other and sharing past experience, alongside a discussion of the recruiter, the product, and the business.

It felt low-pressure and collaborative rather than a high-stakes technical test. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience stayed friendly and straightforward.
