Milwaukee, WIPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Once onboarding started, it immediately felt like an MLM.

The interviewer was nice, but the structure I saw quickly made it clear to me that the job was heavily about signing people I knew—like friends and family members and people in my personal circle.

That realization didn’t match what I was looking for, and I realized pretty quickly the role wasn’t going to be a fit for me. Even with a friendly tone, the expectation was too focused on leveraging relationships rather than building something more conventional.

I didn’t continue after realizing what the onboarding would require.
