I talked with the team through a fairly light, experience-focused interview where the conversation centered on what I’d done in software engineering.

We went into my work improving data pipelines and building tools for data analysis, and I also discussed experience working with large-scale security data warehouses.

It felt like an “tell me about your work” discussion rather than a grilling. I left thinking my background fit the themes they cared about—data, tooling, and large systems—even though there wasn’t any intense coding or puzzle-style work. Overall it landed as a very easy, straightforward chat.
