Woodland Hills, CAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a recruiter screen, and then about a week later I sat through what was essentially the final round.

That final conversation mixed behavioral questions with only very limited technical prompts. I don’t remember anyone pushing me to go deep on my background, and the technical side never really turned into an actual technical discussion.

It felt fairly light overall, but the timeline still moved fast—about a week after the interview, I received a rejection. Looking back, I realized I never got the chance to show depth in the areas I thought mattered most, which made the outcome feel more abrupt than the interview itself.
