Northrop Grumman Customer Success Engineer interview experience

It mostly turned into a summary of what the job was about, and it didn’t really feel like a typical question-and-answer interview where I was being tested heavily.

Because they reached out to me directly for the role, I didn’t feel like I had to jump through hoops to convince them in a formal way. The manager was also super nice, which made the whole conversation feel easy and comfortable.

Overall, the difficulty lined up with easy. The main impression I got was that the interview served more as an introduction and alignment than a deep evaluation.
