Northrop Grumman Systems Engineer interview experience

The first stage was mainly about confirming information and giving a brief background on the job before sending me to the hiring manager.

The second stage wasn’t very technical compared to what I’d heard from other places, and that made the overall difficulty feel easy. It was more like a discussion to align expectations rather than a deep technical evaluation.

What I appreciated was that it didn’t feel like the process kept changing—each stage had a clear purpose, and the second conversation stayed accessible.
