My interview was laid back and felt more like a free-flowing conversation than a strict interrogation.

The questions were open enough that I had room to explain, and the interviewer seemed mainly interested in STAR-style responses.

When I started to drift away, they guided me back toward the structure they wanted. After the interview, I also asked questions of my own, and that helped me end the conversation with a really positive feeling.

Difficulty-wise it matched easy because it didn’t feel like there were gotchas. I left thinking I had communicated well and honestly felt good about a potential offer.
