Northrop Grumman Software Engineer interview experience

The overall experience didn’t feel intense or overly technical—more like getting clarity on what the role was and whether the direction matched what I was looking for.

After that, I received a callback about a week later for a follow-up interview with a group. That round was short—around thirty minutes—and focused mostly on behavioral questions, with minimal technical questions. No leetcode was needed, and a big chunk of the time went into describing the processes and technologies I’d be working with. I appreciated how direct the discussion was, even though I didn’t end up getting an offer.
