I ended up doing a Teams meeting with three system leads—each focused on a different area: requirements, modeling, and test.

The format was pretty consistent: they took turns asking questions to understand my experience in each domain, then gauged whether I might be a fit for their team.

The meeting lasted about 30 to 45 minutes. It wasn’t presented like a difficult technical screen; it felt more like an alignment conversation to map my background to what they needed. The overall difficulty matched that—average, but not overly challenging—and it came across as a structured way to figure out where I could contribute best.
