After a recruiter call, I ended up with a more traditional follow-up sequence: first a phone screening focused on straightforward employment questions, and then a second round where I talked with a hiring manager and other engineers.

That follow-up combined behavioral questions with a more technical bent, so it wasn’t just a conversation about my background—it also touched how I think and how I’d handle real work.

Overall it felt pretty standard and manageable rather than intimidating. I remember the recruiter portion setting the tone with simpler questions, and then the later interview shifting into both technical and behavioral territory. The hardest part wasn’t a specific coding challenge so much as keeping my examples crisp while also responding to technical prompts from the engineers.
