Northrop Grumman Systems Engineer interview experience

The questions were general and leaned into my experiences from school—things like favorite classes and extracurricular involvement.

There wasn’t any hard-hitting or highly technical content. It was a single interview with a hiring manager, and that meant the conversation stayed focused on how I’d been learning and growing, not on coding challenges.

The overall experience felt calm and straightforward. I appreciated that it didn’t become intimidating, and I ended up feeling like I could answer naturally based on my background.
