The interview process didn’t require a coding interview, which I found really relieving.

Instead, they focused more on logic and coding concepts, along with behavioral questions.

The expectations were basically about having a solid grasp of fundamental coding ideas, answering behavioral questions well, and being able to talk about code efficiency. The difficulty felt easy overall because it avoided a full-on coding test.

What stood out was how the technical part stayed concept-level rather than something like lengthy problem solving. It made the process feel more accessible and less high pressure.
