My interview experience was geared more toward how I’d talk about my projects and work style than toward testing technical depth.

It was a simple behavioral conversation where I walked through what I’d done, including the kind of projects I worked on and what I’d learned from them.

A notable part of the flow was that it also gave me time to ask questions back—about the company and even about what the manager had been like in the role and what they liked about the place. It felt like a two-way conversation, with the structure staying informal and internship-focused rather than formal and technical.
