My process felt compact and quick: HR and a technical round were both conducted by phone.

It happened over the span of the prior week, and the HR team ran the telephone interview.

The main thing I noticed was how narrow the selection funnel was—there wasn’t a long sequence of interviews I could point to, just a telephone HR and then a technical check after that. In the end, I didn’t get selected. Even so, it was straightforward in logistics, and I knew exactly what format they were using.
