Northern Trust Business Analyst interview experience

That second stage ran with multiple interviewers—three different people—so the day felt like a mix of accountability and variety. The questions covered both technical accounting and behavioral topics, so I had to switch gears a few times.

From start to finish, it took around two to three weeks. I remember the super-day structure as the most demanding part because there were several interviewers and the pace required consistent focus. It didn’t feel chaotic though; it felt like they were trying to validate both my practical accounting knowledge and how I handled different work situations.
