My process stood out because it began with a time-boxed challenge rather than just interviews.

They had me participate in a 24-hour hackathon, and after that there was a technical interview and then an HR round. The HR conversation ended up being fairly easy and relaxed.

The technical interview was where things felt harder. It wasn’t framed as overly vague, but it pushed more than I expected compared to the easier, chill nature of the HR part. Overall, the sequence felt well organized, but the technical portion was the stress point.
