I went into the interview expecting it to be straightforward, but the tone ended up being more intense than I anticipated.

The interviewer was patient and professional, and they let me finish my thoughts without trying to interrupt or steer me off course. The conversation went deep into the subject matter, and I was asked for examples—not just high-level statements—so I had to be specific about what I’d done and how I understood it.

Even though the technical side felt thorough, what threw me off most wasn’t the interviews themselves—it was how long HR took to move things along afterward. I noticed that I kept getting replies that effectively stalled progress, with updates coming late and on a delayed rhythm.
