I started with a hackathon-style presentation, and that set the tone for how practical the process would be.

Afterward, some participants were shortlisted for a short interview, and I ended up in that group. The interview was about 15 minutes and felt easy, with questions that stayed close to the basics—oops, DBMS, and details connected to my hackathon project.

Because the conversation was short, it didn’t drag out or feel intimidating. They essentially used it to confirm that the work I’d presented aligned with what they were looking for at a high level, and the questions stayed on straightforward territory.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but it was one of the calmer parts of my overall search.
