Northern Trust Business Analyst interview experience

Each conversation lasted roughly 20 to 30 minutes, and the questions were pretty straightforward. I was asked the usual mix like telling me about myself, walking through my strengths and weaknesses, and explaining why I wanted to work there.

The tone felt normal and not intimidating. Overall it felt like a basic screen that tested whether my background and motivations lined up, and it didn’t drag out beyond the short panel format. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process itself felt easygoing and clear-cut.
