The first major step for me was an assessment test sent by email.

Once I received the test link, I completed it with a total of 105 questions in about an hour. It felt moderate in difficulty overall—structured enough that it tested a real baseline rather than being random.

After finishing that assessment, the process moved forward from there, but I ultimately didn’t get selected. Still, the part that stuck with me was how concrete the assessment was: lots of questions in a tight timeframe, which made it feel like a genuine filter.
