After a recruiter chat, my process was surprisingly straightforward.

About a week later I had to do a short process-mapping exercise, and then I wrapped up with a culture-fit conversation.

The process map itself used a very simple scenario and was something I could work through using Visio. Everyone I spoke with felt friendly, and overall it didn’t feel like there were hidden traps or trick questions—just three clean steps to see how I thought and how I’d fit.
