Nordstrom Account Executive interview experience

Once I completed it, I was invited to a phone interview where I could talk through my experience and skills in more detail.

The call went well, and I heard back shortly after. The process then moved straight into onboarding with HR as the final step. It felt like a clean handoff between stages rather than a long series of back-and-forth interviews.

The outcome was positive for me—I received an offer—and the overall pace made the experience feel straightforward. What stood out most was how quickly the phone conversation translated into next steps, which made the whole process feel efficient.
