My day with them was long and filled with lots of brief conversations with a wide set of people.

The biggest takeaway wasn’t any specific question or skill check—it was the overall impression they gave me about what they wanted from me. They talked about the organization being intellectually open, but the feel I got didn’t match that. The pressure I sensed was more about blending in and doing exactly what was asked, without trying to push for anything new or innovative. The whole experience left me thinking they were really assessing my fit and attitude as much as anything else.
