My process started with a relatively simple phone-to-in-person flow.

I had an initial round over the phone and then moved into a superday-style set of interviews with back-to-back meetings. The general vibe was calm rather than cut-throat; it didn’t feel like a “pressure you to death” environment.

The questions were mostly behavioral, centered on how I’d handled past situations and why I wanted the role. Some technical questions showed up too, but they were more like quick checks of basics instead of anything extreme. When I got to the superday, it was three interviews running back to back, each about half an hour, and the mix stayed consistent—behavior first
