Nokia Network Engineer interview experience

My first conversation was essentially about checking whether I had the right technical background, especially around network infrastructure. They told me that if I passed that initial interview, there would be a technical assessment and a final interview.

Unfortunately, I didn’t make it past that first round, so I never got to the later steps. Even so, it still felt like the bar was clear, and the whole experience was handled in a respectful way.
