The first step was a telephonic screening focused on my basic skill set, and it was followed by an in-person interview.

In that face-to-face round, two different onsite people interviewed me, so I had to explain my experience across two perspectives back to back.

After I was brought in, there wasn’t an immediate “on to the next step” feeling—my review was done on a daily basis for about a week. That daily cadence made the onboarding period feel very hands-on and closely monitored rather than purely self-directed. Overall it felt like they moved quickly from screening to onsite conversation, and then used short, tight feedback cycles once I started.
